I feel that I posted an introspective and scientific position that ALL things should be questioned. A large contingent of people identifying themselves as leftists, that harass Will Stancil, seem to hold the dogmatic position that things THEY deem sacred cannot be questioned. Very fascist.

Apologies in advance if I followed you somewhat randomly. Still getting a feel for the ecosystem here and trying to find people interested in thoughtful discussion so I've followed a few of those "starter pack" things for political oriented folks.

Would genuinely love to find more people here interested in policy, governance, housing, transit, labor, etc. Not everything has to become an apocalyptic morality play or a competition to sound the most radical.

Excited to finally give this platform a try. Hoping there’s still room online for nuanced conversation, evidence based thinking, and people willing to disagree without immediately assuming bad faith.
