We've all worked on protocols for years; one of the most consistent mistakes I made and saw was building protocol separately from an application. You miss a ton of important details in the design and implementation when you work hypothetically

Feedback: I don’t understand what scenes are exactly. If they are invite only are they private? Or public but the membership is limited? I am gonna make one and see but normally id just avoid that feature to not look dumb.
