Got told by the media that the economy was dog shit for four years with job growth that literally had never been this strong in the history of our nation and those same reporters have jack fucking shit to say about the dumpster fire Trump created.

The Trump administration "unilaterally and likely without lawful authority destroyed a large portion of the White House structure and dug an open pit in its place," says a federal appeals court, then "publicly announced to the world the vulnerabilities that self-chosen endeavor has created."

“Americans take it for granted that the war between the Confederacy and the Union was always called the Civil War, but it was not. Its current name is a result of decades of lobbying to ignore the South’s treason and slaveholding. We should once again call it the Slaveholders’ Rebellion.” (edited)

The Reflecting Pool debacle is a perfect example of why Trump corruption matters. Goons get fat contracts to do craptastic government work. They get rich. Taxpayers get ripped off. And when people point it out, the feds hammer them into silence. We used to mock Communists for this garbage.

I’ve not seen one story on how Rand Paul got Fauci’s diary or how inappropriate it is for the diary to be released publicly. If this were a Republican’s diary the overwhelming coverage would be about process.

We need a journalism for the age of information warfare. “Objectivity” is surrender in the face of propaganda. “Both sides” reporting rewards lies and kills truth. Political reality is not based facts and reason. It is based on emotion, identity, and frames—moral and metaphorical.
