Finally submitted my screenplay for Past Hondo to a few festivals. I wrote Past Hondo with Texas Poet Laureate Steven Fromholz from 2011-2012. Film never got made before he passed. I figure can't hurt to get the screenplay out, now that we've finished Steven's documentary, The Man with the Big Hat.

Thinking about my friends & family down in Texas. My sister is one of the folks affected by Frio River flooding. She was camping at the family ranch, the Annandale Ranch, when they had to bug out; made their way up to the big house, hanging there until the waters recede. At least they have beer!
