I run Cyanotype Lampshade workshops in my Studio and home, small numbers only and you design your own Cyanotype material and make it into a Lampshade to take home with you on the day. I live in Bovey Tracey Devon on the edge of Dartmoor. Come and be inspired by nature 💙🌿

New shape. Rectangular Devon Gardens Cyanotype lampshade a commission to fit on a shelf. As it takes up less room than a Drum lampshade even though it still has quite a presence. Very pleased with the end result

Cyanotype lampshade workshops have started again for 2025. It is so useful to bring your lamp base with you to try out which size is right for it. This wonderful Slate lamp base now has its own unique Cyanotype lampshade. Happy days 💙🌿

Feeling inspired by a single hopeful snowdrop pushing its way through the mud reminding me of better times to come soon. Having a positive winter mindset helps in these times. New Cyanotype Snowdrop cards ordered from printers to spread some joy ❄️💙🌿

Bearing in mind that my Cyanotype Lampshades are all unique one offs. Bringing the outside in creating a glow

The weather causing many Makers Markets to cancel this weekend has a massive impact on Makers and small businesses on high streets, the money they were hoping to make was to see them through the winter. You can still shop locally from their websites or contact them directly to show your support

I was really pleased to get a commission to repurpose 2 wall light shades recovering them with my Cyanotype Teal Tree Fern material, after stripping and cleaning the frame first. This appeals to me as a sustainable way forward with making lampshades, plus the shades are now very beautiful.

I am feeling grateful for all the people who consciously chose to purchase a cyanotype lampshade from me. It makes me happy to hear how others who previously bought one enjoy having one of my lampshades in their homes and how much joy they bring to them. Bringing the outside in Feeling the love 💙🌿
