Election Day was pretty good! No internet and my phone dying meant I couldn’t post the highlights yesterday though! Highlights were seeing theatre friends (and The Grishams!)

After a crazy busy show/rehearsal weekend, @filmoptimist.blog and I have realized we only have three shows left on our "Month of Live Theatre" to see (and about a dozen podcast episodes to record!).

@filmoptimist.blog and I made our farthest local theatre adventure today to Riverside Center for the Performing Arts in Fredericksburg! We saw “The Mousetrap” and took an oath of secrecy for the ending! 🤫🤐🐭🐁🪤

Dinner @botanical.fare was a delight - and the bathroom selfies ain’t too shabby either!

Had to solo show it tonight - as @filmoptimist.blog is a WORKING actor now! Sat next to the set designer though who used to do this for TV - exciting (and the cast was all so funny!)

You know that scene in “Barbie” where they imply “every girl is a Barbie girl”? I’m leaning into once a Beatrice, always a Beatrice! Off to go see Shakespeare at the Ruins! Thanks to the weather for cooperating!

Poor @filmoptimist.blog has started developing food sensitivities- so less baking for me equals more playing with overnight oats flavors: peach, raspberry, blueberry and chocolate (my other favorite has been banana cinnamon but Ididn’t make that this week!)

Y’all, I don’t want to hear “grilling food on a bbq gives you cancer” if you’re not masking up with these air quality reports! I hear it’s going to be back to normal though (just ragweed/pollen, normal VA allergens) 🤞
