god pixel art on crt tvs looks SO good, especially pixel art designed around that, but even when it's not it still looks really good
i'd say i'm generally pretty harsh on it too, but i still recommend it on account of it just literally being completely free

while i do have my problems with UTY, i do think that, if u liked undertale, it's worth a playthrough, if you don't like it, that's perfectly fine, but considering it's free, it's worth a shot
