first antagonist we meet is Colton finneas he's a pisces sharkfolk mercenary hired by the primordial cult to capture the titan of energy, he eventually returned as an ally helping the main crew with the Charlotte scandal and fought the cult's invasion of the hegnaft square

This can be either just the first antagonist they share a room with, knowingly or not, or it can be the first antagonist that they actually have problems with. Doesn’t have to be a major antagonist.
the ultimate main villain of the series is the malignant corruptor everything Ties back to her and her determination to break free from the planet's embrace the other villains are in some way influenced by her manipulation like the demons, Siran and the cult

This would be antagonists that have names and are recognized individuals rather than just parts of a larger group. These can be villains, or antiheroes.

theres the average cats and dogs horse etc but in aldifaa dragons are tamed as guards when a dog or person isn't enough they're also used as transportation specifically in west Al difaa any other dragon from any other land would kill anyone that attempts to pet it that's just how crazy aldifans are
