Can’t get over the fact it took me getting the diabetes but I have lost 120lbs and in many many many years have gotten down to a 280lbs and in a size 1xl tall shirt. Still have a belly but my self confidence has gone up a bit. Next step is to finally start going to a gym. But that for next year.
