Nice guy, Miami Alumni, MBA, Defender of Democracy, Avid Gamer. In a world of darkness, be the light.

Well, last night’s primaries were a good night for progressives. First, congratulations to Abdul El-Sayed for his impressive victory in the democratic primary for the Senate seat in Michigan!

SCOTUS just upheld birthright citizenship today. I hope the orange ape is pissed off now. Despite the fact that SCOTUS remembered birthright citizenship is in the constitution, they are still not to be trusted.

Detroit is the largest Black-majority city in America. It deserves a member of Congress who reflects that, not a self-funding incumbent that party leadership is propping up (1/3).

Minnesota just passed a first-in-the-nation law banning AI “nudification” apps, tools that generate nonconsensual nude/sexualized images of real people. The right wing grifter Elon Musk sued to block it. Today, the lawsuit failed. The ban takes effect tomorrow. Good. One less tool for abuse (1/5).

Ordinary people need to stop simping for billionaires and recognize them as the threat to society that they are. A society that exploits the working class so 1% of the population can be comfortable is not a society worth preserving.

Last night’s debate drew a sharp line for Michigan Dems ahead of Aug 4. Here’s the real comparison between Abdul El-Sayed and Haley Stevens, not the spin (1/8).

Abdul El-Sayed just out-debated Haley Stevens for the second time. While she leaned on Whitmer’s name and her “electability” pitch, he made the case on substance: money out of politics, Medicare for All, no corporate PAC cash. Michigan Dems, the choice is getting clearer (1/2).

Good news everyone: even though Elon is still the richest man in the world, both Tesla and SpaceX have lost $700,000,000,000 in less than two months as their stocks have plummeted. It’s not every day you get to see one of the most irredeemable scumbags lose money.

The orange ape’s assumption that he will be able to run for a third and fourth term as president is delusional as the 22nd amendment explicitly limits the president to two terms. In addition, he is in poor health and I doubt he will live long enough to run and serve a third or fourth term.

Donald Trump thinks he will be able to stay in the White House past his term limit in the same way he thought he could murder Americans and immigrants in our streets and we wouldn’t do anything about it. He will go the way of Kristi Noem and Pam Bondi and Greg Bovino et al

Good news, everyone: the U.S. Court of Appeals for the first circuit rejected the DOJ’s request for USPS to proceed with the orange ape’s executive order restricting mail-in voting in 23 states.

The orange ape has the blood of every American soldier who dies in this stupid war on his grimy hands. Shame on the Senate for blocking a measure passed by the House earlier today that would have ended the war.

The families of these American soldiers are grieving- as #47 allows this- Deceitful gaslighting - Shameful! #ProudBlue #DV1 #Pinks Number of U.S. Troop Deaths Suddenly Appears Lower on Pentagon Website www.nytimes.com/2026/07/23/u...

Vance Boelter, the conservative monster who shot Melissa Hortman, her husband Mark Hortman and injured their dog, has just been sentenced to life in prison without parole. RIP Melissa and Mark Hortman. Good riddance, Vance Boelter.

This is absolutely unacceptable! Every single democrat who voted in favor of the NDAA needs to be primaried, as they serve the interests of Israel and not the interests of Americans. Also, vote out every republican. I hope the Senate kills this ridiculous NDAA.

BREAKING: House Passes Defense Authorization Bill – 5 Dems voted for the bill: Reps. Don Davis(D-NC), Jared Golden(D-ME), Adam Gray(D-CA), Vicente Gonzalez(D-TX) and Marie Gluesenkamp Perez(D-WA). One Republican opposed the legislation – Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY). The bill now goes to the Senate.

The worthless right-wing grifters wanted Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” to fail and hated it for the casting of Elliot Page, Lupita Nyong’o and other non-white actors in leading roles. They invented outrage over a movie they hadn’t seen, based on a myth they clearly never read (1/2).

In response to the Paramount-Warner Bros. merger, twelve state attorney generals led by the California AG Rob Bonta filed an antitrust lawsuit to halt the merger. A federal judge in Northern California just temporarily blocked said merger from proceeding.

Keep in mind that although the Epstein DOJ allowed the merger between Paramount and Warner Bros. to proceed, the merger itself will be subject to many legal challenges that will stall the merger from being completed.

Andrew and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Miami following an extradition request from Britain. This is some of the best news I’ve heard today, considering that the Tate brothers are worthless misogynists who have been using their platform to spread toxic masculinity to hundreds of young men.

Todd Blanche does not deserve to be attorney general. He is obviously corrupt and will do anything to cover up the orange ape’s misdeeds. He also doesn’t believe having your name in the Epstein files is a big deal and has repeatedly said that the Epstein Files are not a priority for the DOJ.

Good on NBC and ABC for refusing to show the orange ape’s prime time speech tonight, where he is bound to spew lie after lie about our electoral system and voter fraud. Instead, they will air a special report on the orange ape’s remarks afterwards.

Shame on Hakeem Jeffries for opposing Khanna and Massie’s amendment to cut $3,300,000,000 in US military aid to Israel. The IDF has been committing atrocities against Palestinians for decades and has picked fights with their neighbors on multiple occasions with US weapons and financial support.

I've since learned that Hakeem Jeffries's wimpy ways are because he's been paid off almost $2M from the Pro-Israel Lobby. Shame on him!

Elon Musk bribed Wisconsin voters with $1,000,000 checks to buy a state Supreme Court seat. The bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission just voted to find probable cause that Musk violated Wisconsin’s election bribery laws. Not partisan hacks. Three Dems AND three Republicans voted 5-1 (1/7).
