This is precisely what you'd expect Bari Weiss to do and the exact reason she was hired.
Bari Weiss canned major Epstein story.
My taxes paid for our military and Claude to bomb a school in Iran, to arm Israel for their genocide in Gaza, and also paid Trump and Friends to build a bunch of concentration camps and paid the Gestapo to shoot innocent people in the street. I'm fine with folks getting cheaper food on my dime
Opinion: Mamdani's idea may sound appealing, but it's NYC taxpayers who will take the hit, subsidizing discounts they may never even use.
How could Hank Greenberg have used AI to bat cleanup in the 1935 World Series?

OK, I'll say it: I love REALITY AWAITS! It's a v. enjoyable Strokes album! I wrote about why I feel that way, the early reactions to the record, the cyclical nature of Strokes backlashes, their current tour, and why young fans get them more than old fans. tinyurl.com/5eb2auna

I hear you do an impersonation of Matt Barnes hosting a podcast, what's that like?
I wrote something petty. I Just Found Out My Sisters Stalk My Social Media is now live at Scaffold. If you’ve ever realized you’re somehow the main character in someone else’s group chat, this one’s for you… www.scaffoldlit.com/microwriting...

Boss: Whoever wrote this did a great job incorporating AI. There are almost no spelling or mechanical issues. Employee (def not me): I typed all of it. Didn't run it through any AI. Boss: Well, there were some errors. Employee: . . . .
I forget the exact wording and can't find it, but during Trump 1.0 someone tweeted they were changing their cover letter for job applications to "If Betsy DeVos can be the Secretary of Education, I can do whatever it is you guys do here" and I've been trying to bring that energy since
All the wrong people have impostor syndrome.

Gavin Rossdale singing about Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey: There's no sex in your violence There's no sex in your violence There's no sex in your violence There's no sex in your violence
solid movie, but this seems fairly accurate, only thing i'd add is that sometimes I think the person Nolan is included among the people being beaten over the head--hey, man, remember what you wanted to say cause that's what this movie is about bsky.app/profile/kauz...
The Odyssey definitely suffers from audiences somehow not getting what Nolan's movies are about. He really has to beat you over the head by the third act with the themes. I really, REALLY liked the movie but it's the least amount of respect for audience intelligence I've seen in a Chris Nolan flick
I think the teams in the running to get LeBron should compete in a family double dare physical challenge to decide where he'll play next year
Congrats again to all the brave university administrators who went full Neville Chamberlain in 2024 & '25 to appease an administration that would prefer their institutions not exist beyond nationalist propaganda indoctrination centers and places to design bombs.
1. The new Trump / Kratsios plan for US science appears explicitly designed to destroy US universities. Diverting money to tech donors is probably just a bonus. Gift link.
Brian Doyle writes great sentences that always float across the page as if they were weightless.
Has Trump tried sending a wooden horse to Iran? It would be both a bold and topical maneuver.
