A kid walked up to me when I was on my lunch break at work today and playing Air Riders on my Switch 2. Deadass, they looked at my screen, saw Rick the Hamster, and asked "is that Mario Kart?" I cringed a little lol, but I just told them, it's better than Mario Kart. Kids today don't know peak smh
What if Rick the Hampter was a playable character in #SuperSmashFlash2 as the fifth Kirby rep? This will be my lineup of costumes for Rick. The references will be in the next post(s):
Can't believe I'm writing Susie Haltmann being sad and depressed (in RP of course. In RP...) ... angsty ailen womon???
Playing Sonic Rush for the first time in a while. I forgot how good it feels to mash the trick buttons
I've only had Mysterious Girl ™ for three weeks, but if anything happened to her— [ #kirby #kirbyandtheworldbeyond #art ]

'Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice' was released on the Nintendo 3DS 10 years ago today in the US.
Man, I am excited for the Sonic Advance 2 decomp. Imagining all the cool mods for the game would be amazing for my second favorite Sonic game
I edited out Planet Robobot for Super Star Ultra because to be honest, I think the first game I played shaped me to being a Kirby fan (Super Star Ultra) in the first place made more sense. Planet Robobot just made me a Susie fan lol

It still boggles my mind hearing this. Why would they cancel their most popular IP? Their answer to Mario in the 90's I would be absolutely pissed if Sonic got axed
VGC@videogameschronicle.com · 2w agoSega wanted to cancel the entire Sonic series but the success of the first movie saved it, says Sonic Team head Takashi Iizuka. www.videogameschronicle.com/news/sega-wa...
Man, how tone deaf can a company get? Discord is on thin ice with this one
Ghoulumunkus@gulumunkus.bsky.social · 2w agodiscord casually admitting they know that nobody wanted the age verification implemented and trying to be funny about it is seriously something that the pr team should reflect on and really study when they lose a lot of nitro subs in this next week
I'm thinking about getting the Modern Sonic collection at some point. I debated about it because I already have Frontiers, but I have never played Forces or Colors, and I would like to play them for myself and not worry about what other people say
Check out this awesome new official art of Amy Rose to celebrate Sonic CD's 33rd anniversary! #SonicNews
I'm just gonna mute the thread. I had a feeling I was gonna get people coming in to defend Nintendo and I did, all because I expressed concern about a franchise I care about a lot
Hmm, NGL, I think one of my favorites have to be going through the tubes in Launch Base Zone. Something about breaking the wall open and traveling all over the place and the water gushing out at the end feels satisfying to me cus of the sounds

Sonic should NOT be bought out by Nintendo... just gonna drop this here and leave

What the hell do you mean SEGA wanted to kill off Sonic at one point!? Why would they just kill off their most iconic IP? Their answer to Mario in the 90s... Sonic was a defining part of my childhood. Idk what I'd get into if it weren't for him
I really feel like I should just disengage from fandoms... reading the dumb things they say really piss me off
Watching old LowTierGod salt videos gave me a thought... Imagine LTG playing Kirby Air Riders. I would laugh so hard if he exploded at Rick players
Wait. Wait wait wait. They scaled Mewtwo up to the Creation Trio and Arceus? Looool! This 100% confirms that Sonic beats Arceus. All of the nay sayers that think Sonic is weaker is just straight up wrong LMAO
- Holy sht. Shadow won against Mewtwo? Finally! I'm glad they got the outcome right this time around. The first Shadow VS Mewtwo Death Battle always felt like a fluke to me, but I'm happy to hear that that's changed
