software dev / react / angular / .net / learning rust / figma ( figma balls ) host your events and sell tickets on simpli.events
If you're looking to keep your promoters or others up-to-date on ticket sales, you can now setup a scheduled email that gets sent to them right in your event settings!
Adding an email inbox right into Simpli Events. In the events Marketing tab, organizers can track what and when emails have been sent to their guests! The plan for this is to soon offer inbound emails, bounce rates, open rates, etc. Powered by resend.com
A red fox, photographed last week on a trip to Bruce Peninsula. One of my favourites so far! Slowly putting up all my photos from this year on solimaniac.com/wildlife (thank you @leaflet.pub for the custom pages!)
Event guests can now self service edits to their registrations. Organizers can restrict it if it's something they don't want edited after submission. Attendee names are editable by default but that can also be turned off.
The change history of a guests information being edited is now tracked and viewable for organizers!
Some events like that Simpli Events shows the guest list on the public event page, but they want to just show the total amount of guests instead of people's names. Guest List settings now allow for the flexibility!
We now keep track of refunded/deleted orders on Simpli Events. In the past we were permanently deleting them but many event organizers want to keep track of refunds and cancellations!
Selecting a timezone for your event is now part of the native create/edit event form

if you have both the pixel watch and the fitbit air, the google health app will send you two notifications 1st: noticed you didn't have your watch on last night, no sleep data, did you forget? 2nd: (mins after the 1st): your sleep score is ________ #didtheyeventestthis
pressing and holding the address field for the Uber eats pickup view doesn't copy the address (does give you haptic feedback though) tapping it once does copy it #didtheyeventestthis
