It has been said cats have 9 lives. If so, Brix lost one of his lives a month ago. Maybe he lost a couple. We never thought our super healthy kitty would nearly die from atypical FIP. It is on us to make sure that the lives he has left are filled to the brim with love and adventure. ❤️
The photos and videos of Jimothy are super cute. He hasn’t been examined by veterinary doctors but there is a good assumption he has short spine syndrome.
Brix was exhausted and was happy to snooze in the backpack with his little face hanging out after our hike. Much to the delight of tons of people in Canmore ⛰️
We snuck in another trip to the Rockies and went on a much longer hike. Bunsen stayed home as this hike might have been too hard on him. To our shock Brix wanted out of the backpack immediately and then proceeded to walk nearly the entire hike.

The only thing Bernoulli loves more than dock diving is his mommy. 🎥 Kris was grabbing a toy that was thrown out of bounds & threw it back in the pool for Beaker to get. Notice how many Bernoulli has 😏. Bernoulli followed her path around the pool & she encouraged him to go up the ramp at the end.

BREAKING NEWS DOGS ARE STILL GOOD
The massive boreal forest fires in Canada are not great. The thick smoke has been blown into populated areas making some people question what is going on or I guess throw some blame around.
It was Bernoulli’s first dock diving session of the summer as he was recovering from surgery and is now healed and cone free. A ton of fun seeing the dogs have a blast! 🎥 Beaker and Bernoulli swimming and retrieving amphibious toys.

Bernoulli has been doing dog friendly patio training to work on his down stay in public and with distractions. He’s doing so good but we have found out he is a treat snob! 🎥 Jason is giving Bernoulli treats and Bernoulli is spitting them out.
The first one arrived smashed so we had to return it and wait for the new one. It’s a huge hit! 🎥 Jason is putting the cat bookshelf together. Brix and Bernoulli are supawvising.
