when you are writing, what is your rough writing word count for the day? not your polished count, which i figure is 2/3 of my rough count. so if i aim for 500, i mightt get 300 or so, if i aim for 1500, i might get 1000.

writing a bit on knowledge policy and the normal violences of knowledge.

I find it easier to work on several papers at once than to work on one paper. One paper will always get me stuck, or uninterested(because I've worked through my interests in the area and now have to make that a paper)

for too many years I've been working on a handbook for edward elgar... but now i am finishing it. so... much... fun.
