Today I learned there's a drum technique called "hi-hat barking" that I've been subconsciously using in my bands music and I think thats hilarious.

Some funny things I've heard while gigging this year: -You arent bringing all of those drums are you? -Sorry I was being an asshole. (About our IEMs) -(While in the middle of a song) You guys should play some *insert song none of the band know* -You're the best drummer I've ever seen. (A lie)
Band practice at 9 am so I can play shows at 9 pm.... thats why my sleep schedule is borked.
