2 years ago, I suffered a tragic weightlifting accident when bench pressing and ended up breaking my arm. 145lbs. Had that situation gone differently, the barbell would’ve probably came down my neck and killed me. This week, I set a 1 rep max bench press PB of 220lbs. Buster never quits!
