Nowhere in the "get tough on immigration" executive orders is any "concepts of a plan" about punishing the employers and businesses who knowingly hire undocumented workers. In none of these "raids" will you see a manager or owner in zip ties or being loaded into a paddy wagon. Two-tiered justice?
