In the wake of Senator Graham's untimely death, and McConnell's untimely continued alleged survival, I propose a new version of the Obama's "When They Go Low" strategy: "We'll go high. You go first."

I can't entirely fault Mitch for falling down. I fell down a month ago and broke my hip. I needed surgery and spent two weeks in the hospital But I'm not in charge of the US Senate, so I could take the time off.

BREAKING NEWS: RFK Jr. nearly missed his Senate confirmation hearing today. His car was on the Southeast Freeway when the nominee saw some roadkill and tried to pull over because it looked - in his words - "mighty tasty."

So, how would Republicans react if a Democratic President tried to brush aside the 2nd Amendment with an Executive Order? This is obviously a rhetorical question, because we all know they'd lose their shit. But they're okay if it's the 14th?

Nowhere in the "get tough on immigration" executive orders is any "concepts of a plan" about punishing the employers and businesses who knowingly hire undocumented workers. In none of these "raids" will you see a manager or owner in zip ties or being loaded into a paddy wagon. Two-tiered justice?
