I fucking hate people. I hate some of the comments on this post. Teachers are there to teach. Who cares how they identify? Some of those comments hurt my heart, and this poor teacher who was called to make a difference in the lives of kids…. I cannot imagine what is about to happen.
Not my boss sending an email weeks before I have to go back to work, letting us know we have a “field day” for professional development. Please. Please just give me my time to lesson plan, set up my room, etc. This job is the reason I’m medicated 😭

Best tried and true meds for motion sickness? I bought Meclazine which usually helps. Dramamine makes me extremely drowsy, so no go on that. Didn’t know if there were even better options. My motion sickness is exacerbated by extreme heat, so I’m trying to find something that quells it.
Things i did not have on my bingo card for 2026: 1-increase in my health insurance, and copays 2-dental bill of $250 for my son 3-$2800 leak, 90 gallons a day 4- $350 car calibration since the dealership doesn’t cover it 5- $200 brake pads 6- losing my $3000 stipend each year for my student scores
