Game idea: No game, just a cool looking screensaver looking graphic, _MAYBE_ a number going up on a corner
got hooked reading this essay, its a great one
Oh, you've made a video game? And you want people to play it? Well, let's talk about how to do that better. How, exactly, can you make sure people care about your game and want to tell other people about it? Check it out here: docseuss.medium.com/its-not-enou...
Game idea: friendslop about playing a Nintendo 64 game, but you’re a group of bugs. Controlling the stick require multiple people, you can press a button by jumping but holding it down requires extra weight, and the monitor is inconveniently a bit far and high

Is Journey Design a thing?, or world design, something that is in between Game and Level Design, how do yall plan on what content and how to structure which things come first?
Game marketing idea(?) (pretty sure I’ve said this before but): Make the sequel of your game, but call it as the 3rd one, leave the 2 as a mystery, or don’t make it a sequel, just straight up make your new game the 3rd of an unknown IP
Game idea: intentionally slow af gameplay, because ive just realized my anxiety is spiked with every overstimulation and I need deliberately slow games nowadays
Game idea: Idle farming game that sits on bottom of your screen, you put seeds, you water them every day and such. They actually take the same amount of time to harvest than irl.
@mtrop.net hey!, nice meeting and talking with you in SFO during GDC man \o
Game idea: strategy game like slipways but instead of planets they are stores, they still trade resources, but those lines might break or stop because people start arguing and you have to mediate
The more I think about “Trust as a currency” the more I think about trust as a currency (from a GDC talk)
If you fly hard enough you can outmaneuver a teleporting mech. Devlog in comments (wishlist the game in pinned) #gamedev #indiedev #DeliveryMustComplete
Game idea: Reborn as a cat, Ghost Trick kind of mystery/gameplay
