I would point out that if the Russian state assumes the responsibility to cover warehouse goods losses Ukraine will nave an incentive to continue hitting warehouses as every trillion rubles that goes to cover warehouse losses is a trillion not going to the military.

Harte Nacht in Kyjiw (wie woanders erwähnt, der bereits 11. Luftangriff im Juli), aber auch der erste Massenbeschuss gegen das Hinterland seit 2+ Monaten, der sich nicht nur auf die Hauptstadt konzentrierte. In Lwiw und Krywyj Rih hat es Zivilisten leider hart getroffen. Es laufen Sucharbeiten.

I often read that the Russians will run out of men, materiel or even money at time X. But the Russians also see what's going on. They will not blindly charge ahead to just run into a shortage and capitulate. There is always adjustment. That's why looking for time X is pointless.
