I was in Pensacola recently and walked past the Vietnam memorial there, which is now accompanied with a bunch of other memorials of different wars. The Revolutionary Mar memorial there (¯\_(ツ)_/¯) is emblazoned with this goofball-ass quote attributed to no one that feels more clarifying every day.
A good chunk of the right has absolutely not advanced past thinking it’s dumb that “sex” and “gender” are separate form fields and as such see anything like that as being ideologically threatening; it’s just easier to control kids than adults

The court JUST said there’s no deeply rooted right for women to control their own bodies. But there is a deeply rooted right for parents to know if their kids question their gender at school? Come on.
