This is some really cool stuff! A chaining dynamic hashtable that uses *less* space than the input (by using quotienting), that actually seems to have quite competitive performance 🤯 And also a faster flat variant has 1.25 cache misses on average (and at most 2 or 3), that has super fast queries.

Feature sets are not tied to a genome: any annotation that tiles a reference can become one. Here is a database we built for the Arabidopsis Col-CEN T2T reference, with chromosome, gene, region, and repeat feature sets, including the CEN180 satellite arrays.

On aimerait implémenter l'affichage des incendies sur cartes.app. On a déjà identifié des sources de données, mais pour y arriver, il nous faudrait un financement. Administration publique, collectivité locale, autre organisation. Pour bien le faire, il faut plusieurs journées de développement.

Après 1an et qq jours à accompagner notre maman ds son glioblastome, elle est décédée mardi 14 matin après avoir induit la SPCJD le vendredi précédent. Est-ce que la présente loi l'aurait aidée à mon souffrir (psy)? J'en doute, tant les pb que j'ai identifiés au cours de cette année sont ailleurs...
