Updates on sister’s condition after a stroke yesterday are both better & not so good. There is arm & leg movement, but the bleed was “large.” Prognosis is still “guarded” because of underlying medical conditions. I slept, but it wasn’t restful, more like I collapsed & was then woken by a rainstorm.

Just got news my sister had a stroke, is now in the hospital, and unable to move her left side. 💔

Another long day at work. The rest of this week will be mentally brutal for me too. Vacation in two weeks, thankfully. I hope I can last that long.

Feeling significantly better tonight. Tired, a bit rung out, but feeling better. Might have had an off night of sleep, where I was out… but perhaps I just didn’t rest well. Or maybe an issue with broccoli or milk/dairy. I’ve had a lot of vegan cheese & oat milk. So unsure if milk is now an issue.
