#TimeTravelAuthors D9 Time Travel. Mark Twain had a lot of fun with Connecticut Yankee not long after HG Wells. I adored Time and Again by Jack Finney. It's a fun way to look at the human condition and to build a main character who must be clever and creative to survive. Arthur is quizzed.

#TimeTravelAuthors D27 Surprise? I had a great time writing Arthur walking into the time machine and adjusting to a different time and place. Several chapters in it became clear that the machine had caused a duality, split him up and then snapped him back together. He and Pari have a talk about it.

#TimeTravelAuthors D13 color. Arthur’s father was a fine artist and his wife in the future was an art teacher. He was happy to doodle before he walked through the time door. Afterwards he craves making art and always has colored pencils at hand. When he draws his love for Pari, she is lilac.

Arthur Gore when younger. A black beard that hides scars from a war injury to his face. Tall and lanky, moves easily in his body because of athletic training for the decathlon. Bright black eyes that hint he is 1/4 Asian 3/4 British. He jokes also 1/4 Buddhist. #ThreeBigFeatures
