As we navigate the AI era, there's a push to value things that feel uniquely human. But we need to be careful. Shifting from evaluating measurable skills to evaluating "taste" inevitably leads to the exclusion of certain groups. Subjectivity too easily becomes a proxy for hiring discrimination.
