Ok so i did finish the sketch of the character, dont have a name yet tho or his nudibranch familiar. Might color him tonight actually if i dont get side tracked by Pinterest. #art #dnd #merfolk Info about him in the alt text

◇Name: ??? ☆Species: Merfolk ◇Class: Wizard ☆Weapon: Spell-notes in bottles ◇Moral Alignment: Chaotic Good/Chaotic Neutral ☆Age: ??? (Probably early or mid 30's in human years) ◇Sexuality: Gay/Pan/Bi & Aromantic (not 100% sure) ☆Pronouns He/Him (whatever as long as he can focus on the bs he does) ◇Other info : ◇He loves his jewelry, ◇enjoys weird little ocean freaks, ◇dreads the thought of gaining legs, ◇can only get new spells if a fellow wizard writes the spell down on a note like a prescribed medication, ◇loves ALMOST anything shiny, ◇if given the chance he'd maybe eat a person.

I've started drawing a new dnd character idea i had but like... im struggling to draw them lol. I'll just put the info for him in the alt text. Image unrelated AND I may or may not finish the sketch sometime soon?

Merfolk Wizard with a familiar (which the creature it is im not 100% sure of) For the "weapon" I decided to go with a spellbook or whatever but to fit the idea of a merfolk and bc books wouldnt be the best in the water, he has messages in bottles on his hips. The paper inside are spells that he can use via taking the cork off the top and "spilling them" onto an enemy or ally. Then as for the familiar I had two ideas, both of which are meant for land-based movement. Idea 1 was a semi-living infinite water source, its not an animal/creature so idk. The 2nd idea was a sea slug thats been transformed by magic into a larger beast-like version of itself with legs, instead of being ridden ON, my character would go into the mouth tail-first, and steer the monsterous slug using his tail. This essentially makes it into a Whittier and temporary Centaur.
