There’s a Jewish influencer in NYC I follow who said he was ranking Zohran no. 2 after Lander and his comments were so cruel and vile. Calling him a “self hating Jew” and other things I won’t repeat. This kind of harassment of Jewish people is overshadowed by people smearing Zohran as antisemitic
