A friend posted on Facebook tonight that she has decided to enter hospice. She has been through quite a lengthy, difficult battle with illness, and she knows it is her time to go. How brave she is. In a world of ordinary mortals, she is a Wonder Woman. May her passing be soft attended by angels.

I just learned that a very dear friend and fellow author, Bill Hatfield, passed away at the end of July. I was unaware that he was ill. He had a great sense of humor and an overall vibrant personality. He will truly be missed.
