These deer followed us off trail through the forest for a solid half an hour and then fought over a spot I relived myself next to a tree. Truly a half hour looping through the brush and they’d appear again and again. I’ve never seen deer do anything like this, it was so funny.

Switching between rentals and the Miata the most visceral difference is the horrendous steering feel of new cars. The Kia nirro I just had felt like a video game, weirdly over boosted with zero feel. The Miata by comparison is weighty and articulate. Then the lane assist… or auto drunken driver

They take lightening seriously around here. All day long I got lightening alerts from work. It is very flat though, Austin pokes up like the Emerald City.
Oh boy, planes are getting nervous like dogs about the lightening. It’s another hurry up and get on the plane announcement because we have to hustle ahead of the weather. To note, I’ve felt more turbulence the last few years than I ever had. Crew was nervous at one point of flight in.
