FIRST LIGHT ON THE SALT — Salinas Grandes Before sunrise, the salt held the blue of the sky. Then the sun cleared the ridge and the raised polygon edges began to glow — two readings of the same quiet geometry. Salinas Grandes, Jujuy, Argentina — May 2026.

FIRST LIGHT AT BACHALPSEE — Bernese Oberland Before sunlight reached the lake, the high ridges caught the first colour of morning. I worked close to the yellow alpine flowers, letting the foreground and reflection carry the eye toward the mountains. Bachalpsee, Switzerland.
