This message resonates so deeply with me. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, and many of my recent paintings have been made while in a flare. I find balance between rest and working where I can. I want and need to keep working on my art, these things won’t stop me.

What IS Thornclaw Manor exactly? Thornclaw Manor is a monster family album artbook with unique, dark creatures and characters dreamt up by me, Steve Ellis! Here's just one of the pages, featuring Lady Lenore. #DarkArt

A book opened up to reveal a young girl with snake-like eyes, pointed ears, and horns on the left page, with the text "Lady Lenore" on the right. Beneath it says "The youngest daughter of the lord and lady Thornclaw. She's made of sugar and spice and everything devilish. She seems sweet and playful at first, but watch out, her 'games' and 'pranks' often are deadly serious. She often sits at the side of the Dowager, listening to her tales of the old days. Beware anyone who tries to get between them."
