It's OCD awareness month. It took over 10 years of various therapists. 10+ years of misdiagnosis. 10+ years of incorrect treatment. 10+ years of nights crying wondering what was wrong with me. Over 10 years to finally get proper treatment that's working. It's not "just anxiety". OCD is far more.
