As frustrating as this tendinitis is, I’m also enjoying rewiring my brain to the left! It’s as intense as language immersion 😅 Thankful my sister and I spent hours in the 80’s teaching ourselves to write with our left hands and our toes 😄 Have any of you tried to train yourself ambidextrous, too?

It’s been 12 days of tendinitis or something in my right hand. I can’t even pet my dog with it without pain. I’m trying to draw with my left and it’s kind of going OK but it’s just not at all the same. I feel like the part of me that connects my mind to my body and my body to the world is missing 🥺

I'm SO excited to join Lyric, Rebecca, and their publishing team on Autism, Identity and Me Adult Guide. I’m grateful for their trust in me and for the opportunity to use my art to help empower and support other autistic adults!
