Also like........... Customers are not nice. I mentioned a karen today who thought I rung her burger in wrong and she's like "I'll just fix your mistake when i get home" bitch you'll be surprised there was no mistake on MY part. Now if my coworker messed it up, it's on him. NOT ME.

Basically. I was expected to do everyone’s job. Making $11/hr when most of my coworkers made $12-$12.50/hr. Though to put salt on the wound I was paid the same as my black female coworkers… I noticed the males including Justin who was hired the day after me… made at least $12 when I asked. I was expected to do ALL the closing shift cleaning minus dishes. When on the window (taking and cashing out orders) I of course bagged all of them, bagged and weighed door dashes, but also sometimes had to work at the fry station and stuff while the one working it was in their car getting drunk and or high, gone for like 30 minutes leaving us with just me and my burger coworker while manager cleans dishes. It was too much, for 11 / hr. I’d rather get paid $5/hr to draw instead of $11/hr of manual labor. They’d call me my deadname and nicknames for it when I told them I preferred Tayler (which is my middle name) Like????? I don’t wanna be called my deadname. I said it. Respect it. Also there is no number for HR, only my GM can contact them and only if she wants to. Sus. I decided it was not worth it to just… keep working there. I’d rather focus on commissions. I actually have FUN drawing your OC’s, your favorite characters or portraits of you or your pets. I actually enjoy it and I actually get RECOGNITION. With reviews, DM’s on Vgen, and replies and stuff… I make people who commission me happy but at the end of the day at This Fucking Hell Hole of a job. I got told by my manager… nothing of praise, “have a good night. We’ll do better tomorrow.” I also heard him tell my coworker, who is male… “You did an excellent job.” Okay what about me who just worked two stations, cleaned everything and mopped… no good job? Just “eh it’ll be better tomorrow.” Hell no. Commissions open. And now I guess I have more free time to focus on them now. 30% off for 2 weeks.
