86? Began my career as a prosecutor in the NY County DA's Officer (think Law & Order), serving in both the Trial and Racket units. I have never heard the term "86" used by criminals to mean kill. I do know it is a restaurant term. I don't think it appears in any mob movies/TV shows.

1/ “Blasting Iran into oblivion” and “back to the Stone Ages” is an open threat to bomb civilians (a war crime). Trump appears to be making this decision without a congressional declaration, even as he refuses to call this a “war,” though his language here makes clear that’s exactly what it is.
