A statement from Mainstream's Interim Council on the departure of Morgan McSweeney from Number 10.

Hi, I wanted to make clear, contrary to some press reports, not all NEC members made the permission decision yesterday re: @andyburnham.bsky.social. It was just officers who voter (9 of ten). I would have voted for Andy Burnham to be able to stand, he's one of our best chances of beating Reform.
