psa : it's not cause you're not 60 that you can't get shingles. you can in fact tget it in your 30s, AND IT SUCKS I'm nearly 2 weeks in and the meds are wrecking, the allodynia is intense and it messed up with my autoinflammatory condition 🫠🫠🫠
