It’s hard being trans and Hispanic. You spend so much of your life hoping to be accepted, hoping to be loved, only to feel like every room is asking you to justify your existence. Lately, I don’t feel love. I feel hate. I feel like I’m constantly being reduced to what I am instead of who I am.
