I had to highlight this tribute to Mamoru Oshii's live action film "Stray Dogs - Keberos Panzer Cops" in the new animated movie "Patlabor EZY - File 1". They literally recreated almost all of the shots from the original 1991 trailer.

"RRR" is back in theaters this week in my country (France). I'm glad I waited to see this Indian live-action film in a movie theater. And I'm even more curious to see SS Rajamouli's visual DNA in the upcoming "Baahubali" animated feature.

A book of tribute illustrations to Mutsumi Inomata (who passed away in 2024) is coming at Comiket festival (Japan). Today should have been the 64th birthday of artist/animator Mutsumi Inomata, who passed away last March. Edition88 gallery (Tokyo), where she was a regular, will continue to present her work.
