Clive here. I hauled home a lively bird and mouse thru my cat flap. Bird flew to top of tall curtain. Mouse zig zagged 100mph room to room for 4hrs. Now we're all in same room, exhausted. Resting up for Round 2.🐱 #Caturday #Cat #Blueskycats #Catwatching

Small brown uninjured bird perched atop curtain rail indoors. It was hauled alive through a cat flap by a brown tabby cat Clive who went to sleep after 4 hours chasing a mouse and trying to reach the bird. Clever bird sat still throughout til Clive gave up turned his back & went to sleep.

Clive, a brown tabby cat w Bengal traits turns back on world to nap after spending all day catching a bird and a mouse he hauled home alive through his cat flap. Bird is safe. Mouse is MIA. After 4 hours indoor chase, Clive went to sleep. They're together in the same room with Clive's hoomum stressed w all the running and commotion.

Clive, a brown tabby cat w Bengal traits climbs down after 4 hours of trying to reach a bird sitting atop a tall curtain. There was no way he could reach it, he knew he was too heavy to claw his way up the curtain.

He licked it all up without a breather. But left just a little for later incase he starves in the night.

His cat tree was for his bday but had to be assembled wks in advance.

He loves the tree as its next to a large picture window where he can survey his territory and the sea and watch passersby, dogs, birds, bats.

His name is Clive. He'll be 3 on May 19th. His coat has dark stripes, when he races at 100+mph the stripes turn to dashes and then spots. His body stretches to double its length like a slinky.

White fur under neck and much of his tummy, striped spotted legs, white socks and black toe beans.

Under his chin is beige fur. Eyes are oval gold/green sometimes turquoise.

He's on his back on a brown rug, his legs and paws are stretched out relaxed while he swoons over the slow worm wriggling close to his nose, white whiskers up and twitching with high interest.

No kisses for Clive tonight.

Tall pointy ears, quite wide apart. He's almost 3yo and has traits of a Bengal, hunts outdoors for hours returning at regular intervals for food, naps, treats, games.

His vet says Clive probably walks for miles. Lost track of how much stuff, alive and dead, he's brought home as his gift contributions to food store.
