Hi I'm Clive! a much loved rescue tabby w Bengal traits, born 19 May 2023. Live by beach & 1,000 yo church w squeaks in grass. Started here March 2026. Keen to learn how to engage, bring cheer, make friends. Hoomum @ingridjones.bsky.social 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 Pics are me.

Clive's hoomum here: Lately, Clive's hauled in thru his cat flap: 5 mice, 2 birds, 4 long fat slow worms, and this scary 8" wide heavy woven fabric. His big loving heart must've thumped in his chest while he excitedly ran home and jumped 2 walls with that in his mouth to add to our food store...

Look! Larry's #toebeans 😻 PS. Saw cosy new black igloo on dining table, snuck in for 3-hr nap. Awoke to sound of zips and me in igloo suddenly being whisked away in car to vet for my annual shot. Wriggled so it took 2 to check my teeth. I'm 3. I'll live. 🐱 #Caturday #Cat #Catwatching #Clive #Larry

I haven't been to visit Larry @number10cat.bsky.social for a while (at least not when he was awake) so here are a few old photographer interaction pics from the archives.

Wakey, wakey, Phil @pjrfoto.bsky.social hope you're out and about enjoying nice sunny warm election day ps 2 gifts my cat Clive brought home for me today. Wondering about beetle, 3rd in 48hrs he carried alive in his mouth from who knows where & jumps 2 hi walls to enter cat flap. Slow worm tail MIA

Overhead photo of a dark coloured beetle approx 1.5" long with four main somewhat hairy/thorny legs, 2 thick feelers from head, 2 short prong legs sticking out from under middle of its body.

Top of body is slightly fluorescent but not bright, shiny green etc.

Can't fly or run quickly. Crawls slowly, slow reactions.

Photo was taken indoors on coast of SW England, UK Thu 7 May 2026.Overhead colour shot showing top of a tabby cat's brown head and two ears, one white hind paw starting to enter scene.

Cat is fascinated looking downwards to a light taupe coloured slow worm slowly slithering on a beige doormat inside kitchen door housing a cat flap.

Slow worm's tail has blunt end, suggesting tail went missing in action.

Slow worm sans tail is slender, approx six inches in length.

Black Heron or Black-Egret (Egretta ardesiaca) engaging in canopy feeding…this is so the heron can see past the surface reflection to spot fish. #nature #birds #wildlife #biology

Looked forward to Larry's post. As always, he didn't disappoint. Cats know everything. He says your vote is precious, politicians are asking for your vote. I say, whenever opportunity arises: NEVER waste your vote, people fought & gave their lives for us to vote - esp women. Protect our democracy.

Your vote is precious. Today millions of people across Wales, Scotland and England are voting in the hope that their choice will improve their lives. I hope it will. Politicians are asking for your vote; it grants power and removes it. Use it and remind them never to take you for granted.

Hi Mando! Is this a call of the #Plundercats? What to do where when? Don't know what day of wk it's here in England. Had a rough night, not enough naps. I'll be ready waiting in this space suit PeggyPoo fitted for me 🐱🚀 #Astronaut #Clive #Caturday #Cat #Blueskycats #Catwatching

*echo voice* Tennnnn, ninnnnnne, eighhhhht…. Countdown to Plundercats in Space! 7pm UK 🇬🇧 2pm EDT and 11am PDT

Clive's hoomum here. Hearing this cheetah's purr is heart warming while studying the two spotted coats, stripy tails, expert 2-ear scritches. Except for its round ears, a cheetah's body shape is same as Clive's. I'll try 2-ear scritch on Clive. #Caturday #Cat #Blueskycats #Catwatching #Plundercat

Cheetahs are the most timid of big cats, with no recorded attacks on humans in southern Africa. Their docile nature made them popular pets in ancient times.
