Day 70/100 These headphones make me happy. I never realized how overwhelmed I was getting on a regular basis until I had these. Now I have the ability to just sink into music when there is a lot happening, it truly makes me happy. The stickers I’ve put on them make me smile also. #100daysofhappy

Day 69/100 My happy for today is consideration. My husband is watching a series (with headphones) he thinks I might like and he wrote down every time the tinnitus trope sound is used so he can mute if I watch it. He doesn’t have to understand my pain to be considerate of it. 🥰 #100daysofhappy

Day 66/100 My happy for today is about these sweet ladies. They are the one who have been at the shelter the longest so I stopped by and sponsored their adoptions today. I’m hoping they get amazing homes with laps that need occupied. 🥰 #100daysofhappy

Day 65/100 I’m having a lot of big feelings missing someone today and I wanted to do art but struggled to think of something until I went small. I built myself a little easel so I could hold the painting easily and it all made me happy. #100daysofhappy

64/100 Today’s happy is the fact that I made spring rolls for the first time. They didn’t hold up at all after the first bite but they tasted amazing and I learned some things so that’s a win in my book! #100daysofhappy

Day 63/100 My happy for today came from the past. I found a note from a woman who saved my life in 1997 and I found a letter from my great aunt who died more than 20 years ago. I only met her the one time when she came to Alaska in ‘99 but her words mean so much today. 🥰 #100daysofhappy

Day 62/100 We do a quarterly art/craft prompt in discord and @artsymadwoman.bsky.social streams our art and we get to comment and see reactions. I love my little community and the encouragement from everyone, they make me so happy! 🥰 (just noticed Bob the skeleton’s chat bubble 🤣) #100daydofhappy

Day 61/100 My happy for today is this flower. My kid bought me this orchid plant earlier this year and it developed some mold (I didn’t know they don’t have drainage in the pot they’re sold in) so I had to repot it and I wasn’t sure it would thrive. It’s beautiful and strong. 🥰 #100daysofhappy

Day 59/100 It’s been a wonderful day of outdoor activities, I’m so happy I got to enjoy the beautiful day with my favorite person. My picture for the day is a person who brought their goat to free music in the park, I love my little town. 🤣🥰 #100daysofhappy

Day 58/100 This guy made me happy today. He needed so much love and attention and practically had me in his kennel with him because he wanted to be held and pet. He wasn’t ready to go into the carrier to get to the enrichment room so I gave him love where he was. 🥰 #100daysofhappy

Day 57/100 I’ve had a great day, but I hardly took any pictures. Here’s a picture of Zelda greeting us on her perch, she loves head scratches and the occasional oat ring treat. It makes me happy how quickly she’s settled into our household. 🥰 #100daysofhappy

Day 56/100 My happy for today is the walk I took with my husband and dog to get a scoop of local ice cream. The weather was nice, the ice cream was fantastic, and the company of my husband made it all so much nicer. 🥰 #100daysofhappy

Day 55/100 I had lunch with my family today when we ran some errands. The food was what I wanted, the service excellent, and the family collaboration to figure out several of these pictures on the wall made me happy. I love my people. 🥰 #100daysofhappy

Day 52/100 Today has been a very good day! We finally had sunshine so I was able to mow, I helped one of my shelter kitties get adopted to a lovely person, and I adopted this sweet chinchilla we’ve named Zelda. 🥰 I’m very happy. #100daysofhappy

Day 51/100 My happy for the day was meeting this little lady at the shelter. Her name is Peach and I *may* have asked to put an adoption hold on her while we decide if another animal will fit into our house. I’ve always wanted a chinchilla and she’s the sweetest girl. 🥰 #100daysofhappy
