Thought I had Mandela'd myself, but I finally found where it says The Lady AI was a trainee for 3 years at another promotion (in her Marigold site profile) On top of that 13 months with Fuka until her debut, she might be the worst trainee of all time 😭 (tbc I support my blorbo with all my heart)
the reason i try not to be too harsh wrestlers like julia hart is bc theyre fighting an uphill battle against structural issues like this. the deck is blatantly stacked against women outside of japan
