Eleven years ago today I was the only person who turned up for the Zumba class. The teacher asked if I still wanted to do it and I stupidly said yes. One agonising hour with nowhere to hide, trying to watch the moves but not make eye contact. Eleven years later I am still cringing.

⚽ We've got a full squad of 23 - from players, coaches and an owner to youngsters and oldsters - to give their thoughts 🫶 on the legacy of the #Lionesses in 'The New Women's Sport Magazine', which launches today! 🚀 thenewwomenssportmagazine.com/cant-start-a...

Prepped & ready. Only game I haven’t worn this shirt for (was at a wedding) is the one v France … which is the only one we lost. Coincidence? I don’t think so 🤣 Wore it in Zurich v Netherlands, St Gallen v Wales, in front of the telly v Sweden & in Geneva v Italy. C’mon England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿#lionesses

Back from Women’s Euro 2025 ⚽️ in🇨🇭… 5 days, 4 matches, 3 cities, 1 chocolate factory. 10 Lionesses’ goals across 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿v🇳🇱 & 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿v🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿… so much fun, so little sleep. Feel like I’ve been hit by a truck but I’d do it all again in a heartbeat

I don’t want to dispel the idea that an editor’s life is glamorous or anything but my evening involves a dark, rainy car park, a laptop and a slice of cold pizza

Had heard great things about the new Anne Tyler, Three Days in June, and the reviews were absolutely bang on. So beautifully written and the humour is wonderful too (much chuckling going on). That’s the rest of my evening sorted. #amreading

Often, while my daughter is running, I work in the car; a couple of hours of peaceful silence is always conducive to getting a lot done. However, tonight I learned that editing a tense/scary thriller while sitting in a pitch-dark car park is definitely not for the faint hearted

Ten years ago today that I turned up for a Zumba class and no one else did – so I then spent an excruciating hour trying not to catch the teacher's eye as I attempted to follow her every move with absolutely nowhere to hide #cringe
