Last fall, I puked after running a marathon 4 minutes slower than this, and could barely walk for days. Yesterday, this felt like a pleasant jog around town. Really something to be said for just adding more weekly mileage (28mpw last year, 53mpw this year).
Sticking to my principles and taking hours to make a handout that looks bad because I went to a public school with no art classes instead of having my job's AI model design a fancy one for me.
We should absolutely build a terrarium for him and fill it with enrichment, like a phone with only Truth Social installed. People could watch through the glass; put a dollar in a machine to dispense a McChicken. Throw a towel over it at night, and a UV bulb during the day for that healthy orange.

If you're snowed in today, use the time to practice your dry fire. Most defensive shootings happen at <20 feet: if your enemies are that close, you need to be <1 second to your first shot and dry fire is the best way to improve draw speed.
