The EPA is scrapping public notice and comment requirements for air pollution permits on new data centers and the power plants needed to run them.

What a sad state of affairs. This is why we need to turn out the vote for the midterms. All we have to do is retake the House and we can shut down much of Trump's agenda. If we can retake the Senate, we can stop his nominees from taking office.
