Okay, let's talk about it. Or not.

Aaaaah, Edinburgh Zoo welcomed a new baby pygmy hippo. It's Haggis's sibling!
Say what you want about The Eyes of Laura Mars, but everyone in it has impeccable hair.
Did this at the other place during lockdown and it entertained me: A daily Brad Dourif character! 1. Tommy Ludlow, a jittery ex-con who’s a personal driver and possible serial killer in Eyes of Laura Mars (1978).
Stop everything and look at these stickers I bought.
Furious on Hulu is great. Here's my review of the first three episodes on @avclub.com. www.avclub.com/furious-reca...

Feige and Marvel are also far too timid for their own good. Going outside of their stifling mould to make a Blade film should have been the easiest money-maker possible. Instead, they strung along a two-time Oscar winner and multiple directors for years because they were too afraid to try.
Adding myself to the chorus of people who don't think Feige is a racist (but if I'm wrong you can say I told you so to me all day). However, I do suspect that he is a micromanager. And white executives who don't know black people and try to micromanage black art usually end up in trouble.
I'm really baffled by all the Nara Smith defenders saying stuff like, "well, she may have used all the aesthetics and rhetoric of a trad wife but she wasn't actually one." She literally tagged her posts with "trad wife", though?
Nara Smith is now claiming she’s “not a tradwife” in a recent podcast appearance. This is a linguistic game that all kinds of people play! Sovereign citizens for instance began claiming there’a “no such thing” as a sovereign citizen as soon as the general public became more familiar with the idea.

Death, taxes, and FIFA being evil. Those are the three constants of life on Earth. The organisation behind the World Cup that claims to represent the entire sport of football has always been a hilariously self-centred and sleazy group, a... Read more...

I can't recommend the Sister Holiday series highly enough. Sweaty Southern noir about a tattooed lesbian punk turned nun who moonlights as a PI. Sounds twee but it's really an excellent hard-bitten noir about Salvation and hypocrisy. The third book came out earlier this year. Join me on this wagon!
Sure, Jared Leto is a creep with multiple allegations to his name over the course of two decades, but you have to understand that he's also a mediocre actor who's a nightmare to work with and whose movies are critical flops that don't make money.
I fear we're getting lazy with the cone placements, lads.
A great present from a friend who went to Transylvania.
