Man I lucked out finding a place where I can take the train to downtown and likely to work in the future when my job forces RTO. Also a 20 min bus ride to the gym. All of which is great with gas spiking up hard

Mineral Ridge Trail near Coeur d'Alene/Spokane. Reddit says it's one of the best <2 hour hikes in the area which was required to beat the heat in the morning, but it was just fine. Glacier National Park finally coming up next!

It is crazy to me that I can be pretty much next to the Canadian border and it's still over 95 degrees. Like drive 15 hours north from Houston and still no escape from summer. Only the west coast and the Rockies provide an oasis in the US
