There was just an explosion outside my window. It was a loud boom, and then a flash of blue/white/greenish light. I had been looking over at the window at the time too. Kind of scary.

I went to order a sandwich. There are options to remove so many things -- even things not on the sandwich. EXCEPT for lettuce. It's a chicken pesto sandwich, and you can ask for no chicken and no pesto. But you can't remove the lettuce.
One of my least favorite parts about the new Instagram update is how it won't load people's reels pages anymore. So if you accidentally refresh the feed before you watch a reel and go to their profile to see it, you have to go to YouTube instead.
For some reason I feel really bad any time I talk lately. Like, if I talk to someone or on stream or anything, I just have this nagging feeling the whole day that it went poorly. I said bad things, someone hates me, I've dug myself into a hole, etc. And then I can't sleep b/c I'm stressing about it.

I reported an account on tiktok that's a faceless account re-uploading old videos from another creator. The videos are of a little 10 year old girl dancing. Apparently, this doesn't violate tiktok's guidelines though. :(
Crazy efficient today. Woke up at 7:10, got ready, ate breakfast, ordered cooling pad to try and new desk chair. Walked to coffee shop, got drink, texted sister, did wordle and connections, and walked back home. Still wasn't even 8 yet.

I really like meccha chameleon because it's not friend slop. People are legitimately playing the game. So many other multiplayer games are just clip farms for the same dumb bits. But this game is actually a game. Hopefully it stays that way, at least for the rest of the summer.

I called Obsession an overall good movie, thoughtful and interesting and (I think) well paced with a nice flavor of horror, but still pretty simple and straightforward (not negative!). After seeing people talk about it online. Apparently people struggle to understand this movie.
