The whole point of the Bill of Rights is to protect the only true minority - the individual. It limits the governments power to harm the individual. The whole constitution is designed to limit the governments power.
Trump wants to sue people who call him a pedophile, but he can’t because the discovery process would expose him as a pedophile. Conclusion: he is a pedophile. Period.

You never hear Trump say anything about congressman Ted Lieu, the man who repeatedly declares him to be a rapist. No threats, no lawsuits. Which means no discovery, and no depositions. Which is important when the allegations are true.
